Van Sales Representative (for Snack Food)

  • This individually contributing role works towards achieving set monthly targets through the merchandizing, Distribution and Sales of products in the assigned routes in line with Company and principal objectives.

  • Responsible for interacting with Customers for Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, stock rotation collection and establish good relationship with Customer

  • Manages a dual category within his range portfolio

  • New product introductions

  • Operate efficiently allocating proper time for each Customer

  • Update the data base of Trade Asset.

  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity report.

  • Provide leave coverage when required

  • Works in a fast paced physically/task intensive working environment and broadly predictable Sales environment as dealing with Snack Food products.

  • Works with little direct supervision as is mainly off site

Skills


  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • 35 years old max

  • 3 experiences in selling food in the same Traditional Trade channel in GCC, or one year if he is locally recruited

  • Any nationality

  • Must have valid Qatar Medium truck driving license
