Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to:

•  Achieve high occupancy rates and targets set by the management 

•   Provide good experience and hospitality to prospect tenants during viewings and related activities.

•   Prepare, manage and follow up all leasing processes including data entry and updates, lease agreements and other documentations

Key Accountabilities

Informative Responsibilities:

•   Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports based on predefined timeframes and formats.

•   Provide research 

•   Swat Analysis

•   Identifying potential corporate clients/ tenants 

Technical Responsibilities:

•   As a Leasing agent, you shall represent the company and will perform the following duties:

•   Conduct market research to identify Leasing/ selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Property Viewings

•   Coordinate with Facility/ PM team on viewings, move in and move out, to meet client expectations 

•   Conduct Viewings for prospect clients 

•   Provide introductory forms after viewing for our database.

•   Post viewing follow up. (Scheduling second visit, obtaining feedback, answer any doubts). 

•   Conclude viewing activities.

•   Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals

Leasing contract management

•   Assist the leasing contract administrators in:

•   Preparing/Providing required documents, cheques and forms for lease agreement with tenant.

•   Communicating relevant information with tenants and other departments.

Administrative 

•   Ensure tenant profile, viewing records, and potential tenants proposals are created and updated on related software 

•   Ensure all leases corresponding paperwork are collected, scanned and uploaded 

•   Ensure tenants files are properly maintained.

•   Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis.
