Job Summary

The role is required to daily oversight of assigned properties and assets owned by Alternative Assets. Duties includes responsibility for day-to-day operations on site including monitoring repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties, close coordination with internal departments to ensure services up to the expected level, assist in preparation of management reports and presentations, ensure contracts, leases and payments are in place. 

 

Key Accountabilities

Property Supervision

•   Oversee the day to day properties operation for alternative assets ensuring compliance with the defined policies and procedures.

•   Communicate with other Property Mangers/Head of property Management for fulfilment of alternative assets demands / requirements and resolution of issues.

•   In charge of all security and cleaning requirements of his assigned property 

•   Prepare and archive all Property Management reports, memo, and other documentation to ensure availability of required information to stakeholders.

•   Manage all aspects of assigned properties relating to PM requirements and tenant request.

•   Monitor FM services and follow up with FM teams on any task within the assigned properties

•   conducts detailed inspection on a periodic basis to insure quality and update property status. 

•   Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

•   Coordinate with Leasing /marketing to Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants if required.

•   Respond to tenant complaints and requests in a timely and courteous manner in order to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

•   Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. 

•   Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports to meet alternative assets and department requirements, policies and standards.

•   Update and maintain data in property management system.

•   Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by management.
