  • The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our products to drive business growth. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative will work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure effective sales strategies and customer satisfaction.


Sales Achievement:

·      Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

·      Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.


Customer Relationship Management:

·      Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

·      Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.


Market Analysis and Research:

·      Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.

·      Analyze competitors and industry trends to improve sales strategies.


Product Promotion and Presentation:

·      Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s products to customers.

·      Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers as needed.


Order Processing and Management:

·      Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to order placement.

·      Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and follow-up on deliveries.


Sales Reporting:

·      Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

·      Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.


Customer Service:

·      Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

·      Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

·      Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

·      Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure efficient product delivery.


Continuous Improvement:

·      Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitors.

·      Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, , or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
