Requirements
▪ Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents and proposals.
▪ Conduct research to identify potential tenders and contract opportunities.
▪ Ensure accuracy and compliance of tender submissions with requirements.
▪ Coordinate and document tender review meetings and outcomes.
▪ Draft, review, and edit contractual agreements and terms.
▪ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
▪ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Arabic proficiency is optional.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience; familiarity with Tender & Procurement management software ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
