Role Summary: The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: •Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing. •Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. •Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. •Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. •Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions. •Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing. •Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. •Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. •Track and report key performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLV). •Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. •Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels. •Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. •Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. •Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. •Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
