Marketing Manager

A prestigious real estate development company based in Doha, Qatar, specializing in premium residential and mixed-use developments that set new standards for luxury and innovation. The company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, demonstrating strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities: •Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's real estate developments, focusing on premium luxury projects. •Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. •Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. •Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. •Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. •Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of marketing content, including brochures, website content, press releases, and promotional materials. •Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and launch events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. •Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. •Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and report on ROI. •Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Candidate profile: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. •Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector, focusing on luxury and high-end developments. •Strong understanding of marketing principles and real estate market dynamics. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Creative thinking and innovative marketing approach. •Ability to work independently and take initiative.
