  • The General Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Taking charge as the General Manager, your role entails supervising and managing the overall company operations to ensure they align with strategic objectives.
  • Your role as General Manager includes maintaining quality, service, and operational efficiency benchmarks organization-wide, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • You will be in charge of guiding cross-functional teams as General Manager, promoting teamwork and efficient information flow to accomplish corporate objectives.
  • Recognizing market trends, grasping customer preferences, and evaluating industry competition are part of your responsibilities as General Manager, guiding strategic deliberations.
  • As the General Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams, nurturing a collaborative environment and ensuring effective exchange of information to meet enterprise-wide targets.

·        Directing and monitoring the overall performance of the organization.

·        Maintaining and improving mechanisms for organization activities, and measuring the operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.

·        Manage the organizations functions, analysis and documentation.

·        Assist in the development of plans for the organization to include management to achieve targets.

·        Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.

·        Reporting to General Manager on a daily basis.

·        Developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.

·        Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers.

·        Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.

·        Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls.

·        From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects and tenders as required of your job role.

·        You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager.

·        You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.

·        Controlling, supervising and leading a team of Sales Executives focused on sales of Consumer Electronics and Home appliances.

·        Possesses a strong leadership to address various channels of distribution like managing branches with exposure to sales management, finance and logistics.

·        Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.

·        Executes marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the company’s business plan.

  • ·        Work closely with the General Manager for projects and Distribution heads so as to obtain their support to the sales effort/resolution of operational issues.

  • 10-15 years of experience in the sales of Electronic Consumer goods and Home Appliances.
  • Financial Acumen: Displays a deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization, resulting in the ability to make sound financial decisions that positively impact the bottom line.
  • Demonstrates a history of crafting and executing long-term business strategies, utilizing market insights to identify prospects, mitigate risks, and ensure sustained business expansion.
  • Demonstrates remarkable leadership in guiding and inspiring cross-functional teams, showcasing effective decision-making and cultivating a harmonious environment for achieving corporate objectives.
  • Displays exceptional leadership capabilities by effectively steering and motivating cross-functional teams, displaying sound decision-making and fostering a united culture driving towards organizational achievements.
  • Exhibits a history of strategic thinking by devising and implementing business strategies, utilizing market insights to identify opportunities, manage risks, and facilitate ongoing company growth.
