Key Accountabilities:
1. Conduct Dimension Control Inspection activities in line with the QMS standards / procedures.
2. Take dimension of structure after fit up and before release of final product and provide feedback to immedaitesupervisor.
3. Monitor and report any issues and delays to supervisor promptly.
4. Continual in process inspection to have minimal or zero re-work.
5. Prepare dimension control report and submit to Project In charge
6. Facilitator for department’s drive for continual improvement.
7. Motivate productive and safe performance of workers.
8. Hands on experience on Total station and Autolevel
9. Ensure all HSE and Quality aspects are met.
10. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
• Qualifications: ITI or Trade Apprenticeship. Candidates with Higher Secondary education and with minimum 4 years of experience as dimension controller in Shipyard or heavy fabrication industries also can be considered
Experience: At least 4 years of experience as dimension controller in Shipyards or Heavy fabrication industries
