Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our property management system to potential B2B customers. The ideal candidate will have strong motivation to learn and grow in the field of business development, excellent communication skills, and a desire to understand the property management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect New Clients:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and secure meetings with prospective clients.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Promote Company Products and Services:
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our property management system to potential clients.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Ensure all contractual agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for creating new partnerships and alliances.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
