- Proficient in a wide range of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, experience in training and supervising kitchen staff.
- Ability to innovate and develop new pastry recipes and menu concepts.
- Must have valid QID and NOC.
