We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in servicing and maintaining cold rooms and bakery equipment. As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of cold rooms, walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician, preferably in the maintenance of cold rooms and bakery equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and bakery equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
