Direct Sales Agent (Retail Banking)

The Retail Banking Sales Agent is responsible for generating new business by directly engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the bank’s retail products and services. This role involves fieldwork, including face-to-face interactions, sales presentations, and community outreach to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in banking or financial services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. with QID and Qatar driving license
