• Real Estate Efficiency: Good knowledge of different asset classes such as Residential, commercial, hotel, retail. Evaluate and analyze real estate investments, focusing on efficiency metrics, returns etc.
• Investment Analysis: Analyze financial statements, industry reports, and other relevant data to identify investment opportunities
• Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Feasibility Studies: Familiar with feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential investment projects, particularly in real estate.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators.
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential investment opportunities and current portfolio performance, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, portfolio managers, and other team members to support investment strategies.
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or related roles, with a focus on real estate investments.
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) is an advantage.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of the Arabic language is an added advantage.
