Offering friendly and professional customer service to visitors and answering their questions about the facility, activities, and safety procedures.
Communicating safety rules and regulations clearly and effectively to swimmers and other individuals to prevent accidents and maintain order.
Monitoring swimmers and surrounding areas to identify and deter unsafe behavior and enforce safety rules and regulations accordingly.

Skills

Must be trained in lifesaving techniques, including first aid and CPR, and be able to administer these techniques as needed.
Must be comfortable and confident in the water and be able to swim competently in various conditions.
Must be able to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies in the water, such as rescuing struggling swimmers.
Must be able to proactively prevent accidents and injuries by enforcing safety rules and regulations.
