Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  3. Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  4. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on all leads in a timely manner.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  9. Provide feedback and insights from the market to the management team to help improve products and services.
  10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our company.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
  2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Self-motivated and driven by sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
