Job Description : Operations Manager


Job Role

-He/She will be responsible for managing respective outlets in their area so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, effective stock management to increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.


Key Accountabilities :


     Sales and Commercial Performance of the Area

  • Maximize sales and profitability of the area
  • Formulate and implement store strategies and procedures
  • Coach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively
  • Control costs within budgetary guidelines
  • Identify internal and external commercial opportunities

Operational Standards and Management

  • Execute new store openings and re-fits.
  • Monitor staffing levels in stores within the area to ensure resources are effectively deployed
  • Execute and monitor stores for events like sale, promotions etc.
  • Ensure to score 95% above in operations monthly auditing conducted by Internal/ External Auditors
  • Ensure Operations SOP implemented and stores compliance with procedures


 Customer Focus

  • Implements a high standard of customer focus within the store in the area through effective coaching
  • Regularly assesses customer service standards within store
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level in all stores
  • Assess mystery shopping feedback and prepare action plan for improvement


Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in hotel Management or any relevant field
  • 8-10 years of Experience in F&B Industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ,high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Fluency in Arabic & English is preferred
  • Extensive experience in QSR Industry (Ex: Mc Donald's) is preferred
