Senior Business Analyst
Job description
A senior business analyst is expected to review XXXX business processes and identifies opportunities and strategies to improve business/solution efficiency. They are also expected to assist in executing business plans and ensuring that the desired results are achieved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and addressing operational, functional, and technological demands and risks within the business.
- Maintaining, testing, and improving business processes and systems operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement potentials.
- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
- Evaluating the performance of the solution to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
- Acting as a liaison between business and implementation team.
- Supervising the design of new services and evaluating how they will perform.
- Creating monthly performance reports
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT or any related field.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, for at least 7 years.
- knowledge of Business Process Modeling, and effective communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications or training in relevant areas, such as project management, data analysis, or agile methodologies
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Its exp in MS Dynamics CRM plus hands on APIM Integrations with other technologies. Having knowledge of Oracle and IBM is an advantage.
