Senior Business Analyst

Job description

A senior business analyst is expected to review XXXX business processes and identifies opportunities and strategies to improve business/solution efficiency. They are also expected to assist in executing business plans and ensuring that the desired results are achieved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and addressing operational, functional, and technological demands and risks within the business.
• Maintaining, testing, and improving business processes and systems operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement potentials.
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating the performance of the solution to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Acting as a liaison between business and implementation team.
• Supervising the design of new services and evaluating how they will perform.
• Creating monthly performance reports

Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT or any related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, for at least 7 years.
• knowledge of Business Process Modeling, and effective communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications or training in relevant areas, such as project management, data analysis, or agile methodologies
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Its exp in MS Dynamics CRM plus hands on APIM Integrations with other technologies. Having knowledge of Oracle and IBM is an advantage.
