  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle data and review vehicle history before customer arrival.
  • Greet customers promptly upon arrival and Answer customer calls promptly.
  • Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance according to MB specifications.
  • Notify team leader of incoming work and Monitor progress of repairs throughout the day for all job cards created.
  • Provide accurate and complete written cost estimates for labor and parts.
  • Document vehicle problems clearly and accurately on job cards.
  • Contact customers for any changes to job cards and explain reasons for changes.
  • Implement and maintain service marketing programs.
  • Obtain customer's signature on repair orders and provide them with a copy.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform final inspection before delivering vehicle to customer.
  • Initiate invoice process after servicing vehicle.
  • Personally hand over vehicle to customer and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Explain all work performed and associated charges to customer.
  • Ensure vehicle is clean and serviced before delivery.
  • Inform customer of any service delays and hand over vehicle accordingly.
  • Maintain professional appearance and keep work area clean.
  • Complete temporary assignments as required by managers.

Skills

  • Auto Mechanic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years relevant experience.
  • Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Well versed in Autoline Software.
