Sales and Commercial Manager

Job Description: Are you fluent in both Arabic and English with a strong background in sales, commercial management, and business development? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Commercial Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing commercial activities to maximize profitability and market share. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to ensure favorable outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support sales initiatives and drive business performance.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budget proposals, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and collective goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, commercial management, and business development, with at least minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR5,000.00 per month Experience:
