In this role you will be responsible to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives and implement marketing activities and support sales organization in driving sales and services for their respective products. This position reports to ELDS M&S Manager & EL Commercial Leader Your responsibilities

• Implementing the assigned area/segment product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed, focusing on achievement of orders and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Division/Product Groups, preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
• Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans, evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data, overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team
• Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each sales person, contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing work as per customer expectations
• Displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility, implementing and ensuring compliance with ABB Code of Conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies and processes in their assigned area
• Ensuring integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities, demonstrating an understanding of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting and risks

• Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in distribution and automation
• Experience in Qatar is preferable
• Knowledge and understanding of medium voltage products, systems and their application in industries and utility segment
• Knowledge of electrical distribution and transmission networks and dedicated protection applications
• Fluency in English language is mandatory
