Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.


Responsibilities:

1.     Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

2.     Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

3.     Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

4.     Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement training and development programs that align with company goals and objectives.

5.     Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, KPIs, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

6.     Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

7.     Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

8.     Manage payrolls and all company's employees compensation and benefits.

9.     Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

10.  Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

11.  Handle employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing guidance.

12.  Managing & Coordinating External Trainings provided by the company to clients.

13.  HR Planning and Coordinating end-to-end process.

Skills

Preferred Candidate:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.

2.     Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Qatar.

3.     Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

4.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.     Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

6.     Strong organizational and time management skills.

7.     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8.     Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

9.     Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
