Operate wet mix and batching plant equipment, ensuring smooth production cycles.
Track plant performance, material input/output, and ensure mix consistency.
Perform routine checks, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
Ensure concrete and aggregate mixes meet project specifications.
Follow HSE guidelines and ensure safe plant operations.
Record production data, maintenance logs, and daily operational reports.
Work with site engineers and supervisors to meet production schedules.
Literate in Electrical basics and computer operational skills.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in plant operation (wet mix / batching plant preferred).
Knowledge of concrete mix designs and aggregate handling.
