نبذة عنا: مجموعة الأوراق المالية هي مؤسسة استثمارية راسخة تعمل في القطاع المالي منذ عام 1989، وهي شركة مكرسة لسوق الأوراق المالية. تم ترخيصها بمجرد تأسيس بورصة قطر في عام 1997، وتقدم مجموعة من الخدمات الاستثمارية لأكثر من 400,000 مستثمر، بمحافظ تتجاوز 100 مليار ريال قطري. وبصفتها شركة وساطة، تقوم مجموعة الأوراق المالية بتمويل تداول الهامش وتعمل كمزود للسيولة للأسهم والصناديق المتداولة المدرجة. تمتلك الشركة رأس مال مدفوع بقيمة (مليار ريال قطري) وقد حققت أرباحاً مستمرة منذ إنشائها. وإلى جانب كونها مرخصة من قبل هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية لممارسة هذه الأنشطة، فإن مجموعة الأوراق المالية هي أيضاً عضو في بورصة قطر.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تصميم وتطوير خدمات خلفية (backend) قوية وقابلة للتوسع وآمنة باستخدام Java (Spring Boot). التعاون مع مديري المنتجات ومطوري الواجهات الأمامية وفرق العمليات (Dev Ops) وفرق ضمان الجودة (QA) لتقديم ميزات متكاملة. هندسة الحلول مع التركيز القوي على الأداء وقابلية التوسع وسهولة الصيانة. كتابة اختبارات الوحدة، والاختبارات المتكاملة، والاختبارات الوظيفية لضمان جودة عالية للكود. قيادة مراجعات الكود، وتوجيه المطورين المبتدئين، ووضع أفضل الممارسات في البرمجة والتصميم. المساهمة في بنية الخدمات المصغرة (microservices) والمشاركة في عملية اتخاذ القرار للتصميم والتنفيذ. استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات الإنتاج واختناقات الأداء. المشاركة في مراسم Agile/Scrum والمساهمة في تخطيط وتقدير المشاريع.
المؤهلات:
أكثر من 7 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في تطوير Java. خبرة عملية قوية في Spring Boot وSpring MVC وSpring Data وSpring Security. فهم عميق لتصميم واجهات برمجة تطبيقات RESTful وأفضل الممارسات. إتقان Java 11+ (يفضل Java 17+). خبرة في تعدد العمليات (multithreading)، والتزامن (concurrency)، والبرمجة غير المتزامنة في Java. معرفة قوية بأنماط ومبادئ تصميم البرمجيات (OOP، SOLID، DDD، إلخ). خبرة في أدوات البناء مثل Maven أو Gradle. فهم قوي لاختبار الوحدة (JUnit, Mockito) والاختبار المتكامل. الإلمام بـ Docker أو Kubernetes أو التطوير القائم على الحاويات. معرفة بأدوات CI/CD (مثل Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI). إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة التحكم في الإصدار (Git)، ومراجعات الكود، والتطوير التعاوني. مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot). Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, Dev Ops, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features. Architect solutions with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure high code quality. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices in coding and design. Contribute to microservices architecture and participate in the decision-making process for design and implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional Java development experience . Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. Deep understanding of RESTful API design and best practices. Proficiency in Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred). Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Java. Solid knowledge of software design patterns and principles (OOP, SOLID, DDD, etc.). Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle. Strong understanding of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based development. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI). Comfortable with version control systems (Git), code reviews, and collaborative development. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
