Job Purpose:
Responsible for offering 5 Star Food and Beverage service in all premium lounges as per Qatar Airwaysstandards and in line with the country's customs and practice. Ensure high level of customer service is providedto Premium customers and maintain Safety, Quality and Standards with emphasis on increasing brand value atall times
Operations:Have a good understanding of Premium Hub Lounge standards and procedures / food and beverageofferings and be able to assist premium customer queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner Deliver exceptional products and services in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operation. Maintain Food and Beverage quality and standards at all times. Create moment of magic to surprise and delight customers. Ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide seamless service. Assist in picking-up all required stocks, including linen, beverage, dry goods and others and maintain parlevels. Undertake general or special duties as requested by the Lounge management. Attend and be actively involved in daily team briefings, ensuring that all rules, regulations and proceduresare followed. Perform daily shift requirements as per standard operating procedures in all areas of the Food and Beverageareas. Ensure highest level of product knowledge is maintained and communicated to customers during service. F&B Attendant will be required to work closely with other Airline staff (Culinary | FOH | Support services)and expected to cooperate with and respect all staff members in order to contribute to a collaborative teamenvironment. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure visual appearance of the Food and Beverage areas are ofthe highest standard by observing and reporting any un-serviceability of equipment, furniture or fittings. Ensure exceptional standards in hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Qualification:
High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
Experience:4-5 Star Hotel / Airline lounges experience, High end Fine Dining Restaurant Minimum 2 year of Job-related experience Passion for Food & Beverage and to deliver an outstanding service Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills Customer centric/creative/solution oriented and have eye to detail Positive attitude/excellent team player A high level of personal presentation and grooming Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well with a diverse team Command of English language
