The People Partner Executive supports business leaders in delivering effective People practices that strengthen organizational performance and employee experience. Working in close partnership with the Senior People Partner, the role provides day-to-day People support across the employee lifecycle while coordinating key initiatives related to performance, organizational changes, employee engagement, workforce planning, and employee relations.

The role combines strong operational execution with business partnership, ensuring People processes are delivered consistently.

Business Area Partnership

Develop a strong understanding of the supported business functions, their operating model, workforce dynamics and business priorities. Build trusted relationships with managers and employees, providing timely guidance on People policies, processes, and best practices. Support the implementation of People initiatives that align with business objectives and organizational priorities.

Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness

Support workforce planning activities, organizational changes, role mapping, and organizational structure updates. Maintain organizational charts and ensure HR systems accurately reflect approved structural changes. Coordinate the implementation of organizational changes while ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.

Leadership Development & Employee Engagement

Support managers throughout the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning. Coordinate calibration sessions and ensure consistency, fairness, and documentation across performance processes. Support employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, recognition programs, and action planning to improve employee experience. Drive culture initiatives, recognition programs, and employee experience interventions. Promote the consistent application of People policies and practices across the supported business areas.

People Analytics & Business Insights

Maintain accurate People data and reporting across HR systems. Analyze workforce metrics, engagement results, performance data, and employee trends to identify risks and opportunities. Prepare reports and insights that support decision-making by business leaders and Senior People Partners.

Cross-functional Influence and Connection

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Finance, and other People & Culture functions to ensure a seamless employee experience. Coordinate cross-functional People initiatives and ensure timely execution of employee lifecycle activities. Facilitate communication between the business and specialist People teams.

Strategic Business Partnership

Support the Senior People Partner in executing People strategies aligned with business priorities. Provide first-line guidance to managers on performance, employee relations, development, organizational changes, and policy application. Escalate complex or high-risk People matters while ensuring operational follow-through and timely resolution.

????‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Approximately 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or Human Resources roles. Experience supporting People processes within fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven organizations. Experience coordinating performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, organizational changes, and employee relations activities. Strong knowledge of HR operations, organizational development principles, performance management, and employment policies. Strong analytical skills with experience using HR systems and people data to generate insights. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
