We are looking for a Delivery Stream Lead Associate Director to lead the successful delivery of critical business and technology solutions within complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will act as a strategic delivery leader, driving operational excellence, managing delivery risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple components of business systems.

You will work closely with clients, project teams, and leadership to identify issues, solve challenges proactively, and deliver value through strong program execution, governance, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities


Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams within critical business systems
Drive delivery excellence through strong governance, planning, execution, and reporting
Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments
Oversee issue management, risk management, and resolution of delivery challenges
Ensure compliance with client data protection requirements and Accenture operating processes
Conduct contract solution gap analysis and help align delivery with contractual expectations
Apply Accenture delivery models and methods to optimize execution and outcomes
Support system integration delivery management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud and Customer Experience (CX) environments
Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery teams
Mentor teams and provide leadership in complex delivery environments


Job Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven experience in delivery leadership, program management, and system integration
Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations or large-scale enterprise delivery programs
Strong knowledge of project delivery, risk and issue management, and operational excellence
Experience managing client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Understanding of contract solution gap analysis and compliance requirements
Knowledge of client data protection and delivery governance processes
Familiarity with Accenture Delivery Models, Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM), and operating processes
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
