E&I Inspection & Testing Control Ensure inspection and testing of electrical systems, instrumentation loops, control panels, cables, and field devices as per approved ITPs. Supervise activities such as:Cable laying & termination inspection Instrument calibration & loop checking Panel installation & FAT/SAT verification Earthing & lightning protection systems QA/QC Feedback and Evaluations:Responsible to maintain QA&QC feed back record from various project sites to evaluate the project performance and/or to furnish quality proposals Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality. Providing Technical Support:Ensuring the Provision of technical support to coordinator proposal for project proposals to estimate cost. Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects.
Provision of Assistance for Technical Evaluations:Responsible to provide assistance to Subcon/Procurement for technical evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers as per laid down policies/instructions.
Writing Training Material, and Coaching:Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities & must be conversant to coach new comers on Inspection and Testing techniques and equip them with the skill to gainfully utilize various Inspection and Testing tools and equipment. The training session will also update the Shop/Site team for any changes due to lesson learnt, additional requirements from Client side.
Enhance The Productivity:Must look into various techniques, equipments and tools in consultation with vendors, key process owners and commercial staff to enhance the productivity of various constructions and manufacturing processes
Reporting The Cost of Quality and Customer Feedback:Ensure proper implementation of cost of quality and customer feedback procedure/method statements at sites for on time improvement where required.
Answering Customer Queries:Must provide assistance to BU/Project management in answering all queries of the customers, relating to quality of work in order to facilitate them.
Taking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS documents) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work. Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services. Ensure 100% compliance of Energy Management (EnMS - ISO 50001 :2018) Policy & Objectives. Ensure 100% compliance of Business Continuity management System (BCMS - ISO 22301 :2019) Policy & Objectives.
