- فحص غرف الضيوف والأجنحة والمساحات العامة من حيث النظافة والصيانة.
- التنسيق مع مدير التنظيف لإدارة جداول ومهام الموظفين.
- تدريب وتوجيه وتحفيز أعضاء فريق التنظيف لتقديم خدمة استثنائية.
- مراقبة مخزون مواد التنظيف والبياضات، وتقديم الطلبات عند الحاجة.
- التعامل مع طلبات الضيوف بسرعة وبشكل مهنى، لضمان الرضا.
- فرض معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في جميع أنحاء الملكية.
- المساعدة في إدارة إجراءات المفقودات والوثائق.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ مبادرات الاستدامة وتقليل النفايات.
ما تجلبه- دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
- خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن 2 سنة في التنظيفات داخل بيئة فندقية فاخرة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية.
- معرفة تقنيات التنظيف ومعداتها ومعايير السلامة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وتفصيلية.

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. This position ensures that guest rooms and public areas reflect the exceptional quality and comfort that define the Four Seasons experience.
What You Will Do- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet Four Seasons standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to manage staff schedules and assignments.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and place orders as needed.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
- Assist in managing lost and found procedures and documentation.
- Support in implementing sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
What You Bring- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
