Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Qatar and involves delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in accordance with local regulations and facility policies. The Registered Nurse will assess patient conditions, develop and implement nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient responses. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and supporting patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment options. The role also involves adhering to infection prevention protocols, participating in quality and safety initiatives, and contributing to a respectful, culturally sensitive care environment. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in Qatar, with compliant professional registration and good standing. Recognized nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution; additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, specialty credentials) are highly beneficial. Demonstrated clinical experience in hospital or clinic settings, with strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and maintain accurate clinical records. Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement practices, with commitment to evidence-based care and continuous learning. Adaptability to diverse cultural environments, professional conduct under pressure, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior international or GCC healthcare experience is an advantage, along with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.
