Role Purpose:Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Arabic to children with autism and related developmental conditions in school and/or home settings. Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA / senior psychologist and support inclusion in mainstream classrooms where possible.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions (discrete trial, natural environment teaching, behavior management) following individualized programs• Collect and record data on target behaviors and skill acquisition during each session• Generalize skills in classroom, playground, and home environments in coordination with teachers and parents• Provide regular feedback and basic training to parents/caregivers for home carryover• Participate in team meetings and case reviews with supervisors
Requirements:• Diploma / Bachelor's in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (ABA-specific training strongly preferred)• 2+ years of hands-on ABA therapy experience with children (UAE/GCC preferred)• Arabic fluency; basic to good English communication• RBT or similar certification is an advantage• Comfortable working in school, clinic, and home environments; flexible schedule
Contract & Compensation:Hourly / session-based or revenue-sharing model available. Visa/benefits may be offered for full-time roles per client policy.
