Qualifications Strong expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender analysis. Technical knowledge of fire protection systems, ACMV, and associated regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using estimation and project management software tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to analyze project specifications and deliver comprehensive cost-effective solutions. Relevant education in engineering, construction management, or related fields; certification in fire protection or a related discipline is a plus. Experience in handling residential, commercial, and industrial projects is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
