Job Description

Prepare and cook dishes according to Italian recipes and restaurant standards. Assist in mise en place and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients. Work closely with the Chef in-charge to maintain quality and presentation. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Support in inventory control and minimize wastage.

Qualifications

Previous experience as Commis 1 or similar role in an Italian or fine dining restaurant. Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Strong attention to detail and passion for food. Team player with good English communication skills.
