POSITION: Sales Representative / Executive We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative /Executive with strong experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies. Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience in Qatar. Strong understanding of the local retail landscape and distribution channels. Valid driving license is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
