Position Overview The Host Relations Specialist will manage relationships with hotel HR/training departments, coordinate candidate placements, support onboarding, and help expand our host network.
Key Responsibilities Business Development – Identify and onboard new hotels and resorts as Host partners. Host Organization Relations – Manage and support relationships with hotel HR teams. Candidate Placement – Match candidates with openings and coordinate the hiring process. Onboarding Support – Assist participants with visa, travel, and arrival preparations. Program Coordination – Monitor internships and provide ongoing support.
Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort HR or Training, cultural exchange/internship program management, or student recruitment/admissions/partnerships Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team Permanent resident and currently residing in a GCC country
