Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Legal Counsel. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for advising on legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, addressing legal issues, and providing expert legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and resolving Legal Issues Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and providing sound Legal Advice Experience with Legal Document Preparation and review Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal information Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
