Madre Integrated Engineering, a growing workforce solutions and engineering services organization, is seeking a Business Development Intern to support its Business Development function in Qatar. This internship is designed for fresh graduates who are keen to gain structured exposure to business development, client engagement, and market expansion activities in a professional corporate environment.
Role Overview The Business Development Intern will work closely with the Business Development team to support market outreach, client coordination, internal reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, proposal support, and relationship management across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Business Development team in executing daily business development activities and initiatives Support client communication, follow-ups, and coordination in English and Arabic Assist in identifying and tracking potential clients, partners, and business opportunities Support preparation of business proposals, presentations, capability profiles, and reports Maintain and update client databases, CRM records, and lead trackers Coordinate with internal departments to support ongoing sales and business initiatives Participate in internal meetings, client discussions, and review sessions Assist in market intelligence gathering related to industry trends, competitors, and opportunities Ensure timely documentation, follow-ups, and reporting as required by the team
Eligibility & Requirements Educational qualification: BBA / MBA with specialization in Business Development, Marketing, or a related discipline Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic Good interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility
