Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Business Development Manager based in Qatar with opportunities for remote work. The Business Development Manager will oversee client acquisition and relationship management, contributing to the company’s growth strategy. Daily responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing strategic proposals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver advanced technological solutions aligned with client requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within the Oil and Gas or Engineering sectors Knowledge of digital solutions such as Laser Scanning, 3D Modeling, As-built Verifications, and Design and Clash Analysis Strong skills in market research, identifying business opportunities, and generating leads Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with the oil and gas industry or engineering workflows is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
