Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instrument Supervisor based in Ras Laffan. The Instrument Supervisor will oversee the daily activities related to instrumentation systems, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and repairs are performed effectively. Responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires coordinating with other departments and ensuring that all instrumentation tasks are completed efficiently and within set timelines.
Qualifications
Expertise in Instrumentation and Calibration Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and effective communication Experience in Maintenance & Repair of instrumentation systems Proficiency in conducting thorough Inspections Solid understanding of safety standards and operational guidelines Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure A minimum of a diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is advantageous
