Dinara Kasko Pastry Art, is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
- Interact with customers both over the phone and in person.
- Handle food as per safety standards (with proper certification).

Requirements:
- Education Level: At least a Diploma holder.
- Experience in Call Center Service / CRM: Minimum 2 years.
- Experience in Food & Beverage Industry: Minimum 2 years.
- Must know how to interact with customers, whether over the phone or in person.
- Food Handling Experience/Certificate required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
