As a key player in the Service industry, you will be responsible for overseeing workforce management operations to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient call center performance. Your role will involve strategic planning, monitoring, and analyzing workforce metrics to enhance productivity and service quality.

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing and scheduling.
  • Monitor real-time call center performance and adjust resources as needed to maintain service levels.
  • Analyze historical data to forecast call volume and staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to address staffing challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on workforce performance and productivity metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and coordinators.
