Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Specialist at Rowwad Business Solutions LLC in Doha, Qatar. The Marketing & Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, customer service, sales activities, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
· Manage the company's social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
· Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing collateral and events.
· Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
· Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the team.
· Organize promotional events and participate in industry trade shows and conferences.
· Ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
· Maintain the company's website and update content to reflect current marketing initiatives.
· Prepare and distribute press releases and other public relations materials.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Sales Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
· Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.

· Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
