About The Role
You will be responsible to Create reservations, quote fares and issue tickets as part of passenger handling at front office. Serve customers
professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generates revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
Other Key Responsibilities Are
Operational
- Create reservations for passengers. Handle customer requirement/request professionally ensuring minimum complaints.
- Arrange reservations and rerouting for using timetables, airline manuals, reference guides and tariff book.
- Issue tickets and EMDs quoting correct fare, to reduce passenger complaints and debit notes.
- Advise changes in booked flights of passengers or to cancel or to confirm reservation.
- Calculate and process ticket refunds through system in line with station Finance Department procedures.
- Initiate and promote QR products to generate revenues.
- Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/emails; action telex messages or authorities
- Issuance of Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD)
- Ensure queues, visa updates, medical transaction and tariff inquiries.
- Handle processing of all kinds of rebates/discounted tickets.
- Follow up own / offices sales report at the end of every shift.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed bv the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
About You
- Relevant vocational, tertiary or trade qualification
- Amadeus reservation course
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Track record of implementing change and revenue delivery
- Knowledge of the Frequent Flyer Program
- Command of English language
- Excellent relationship building skills
