Responsibilities:

• Develop plans and strategies that ensure the stability of the work of various systems, the protection of circulating data, and the sufficient speed of connection lines between the various branches of The Group and business partners, in a manner consistent with the work policies set by The Group’s management.
• Follow up on technological developments in the field of technical services and recommend the development and modernization of data centers and their components in accordance with the best prevailing technological level.
• Develop strategic development plans and estimate financial budgets related to maintaining the requirements for operating/renovating/updating the technical infrastructure and tools and means of technical work and presenting them at the IT Sector meetings for approval.
• Develop mechanisms and operational work plans for the department and its communications systems, networks, data rooms, devices and accessories.
• Ensure the quality of The Group’s IT infrastructure services.
• Coordinate with The Group Risk Committee in assessing and estimating operational risks related to technical services and proposing risk mitigation solutions.
• Direct responsibility for distributing tasks and following up on teams responsible for communications and network systems, desktop computers, printers and their accessories.
• Implement the Group policies regarding the purchases of technical support department of various Hardware and Software needs and following up on the installation and receipt process from suppliers.
• Manage the internal technical support system and following up on the level of external support through service providers.
• Manage daily technical operations according to established steps and standard mechanisms.
• Provide suggestions for updating data room components, technical infrastructure, affiliate networks, and daily operation of components in accordance with best practices.
• Monitor compliance with information security standards in accordance with international standards, policies and procedures.
• Follow up on the implementation of contracts with suppliers and technical service providers to ensure that they provide services in accordance with the service level agreement.
• Ensure the highest level of confidentiality to protect company and customer data.
• Approve the requirements of system users in terms of The Group’s technological resources.
• Participate in IT Sector meetings that aim to coordinate the sector’s work and implement development projects.

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience including 5+ Proven experience as a Senior Network Manager.
• Thorough knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Network, Network Security, Systems, Servers, Data Centers).
• Thorough knowledge of Building and Managing Data Centers and Disaster recover Sites.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
• Preferred Certifications: CCIE, F5-CTS, MCSE, ITIL.
