Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prototype Designer located in Doha, Qatar. The Prototype Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with designing mockups for clients and suppliers in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with the logistics and sales team to ensure product design alignment until the delivery of the product to the customer.

Skills and Qualifications

• Arabic speaker and writer
• Excellent communication in English
• Experience with social media
• Excellent designing skills (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Basic experience with customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passionate, creative, and highly motivated
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Generate mockups for the orders
• Manages financial transactions of the orders with local suppliers and drivers
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Keeps clientele informed about the status of their orders
• Compiling monthly reports
• Maintaining client records
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
• Communicating with other departments and suppliers
