The ideal candidate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, and supervising and leading office staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, communication, mail distribution, managing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
- Supervise and lead office staff.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, events, and activities.
- Act as a liaison between the office and other departments, vendors, and external contacts.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual English / Arabic.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
