Office Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, and supervising and leading office staff.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, communication, mail distribution, managing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Supervise and lead office staff. 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, events, and activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the office and other departments, vendors, and external contacts.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual English / Arabic.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
