- Hire, lead and manage a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Doha real estate market, including current trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and training to team members, and identify opportunities for their professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, enhance processes, and improve overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager in the real estate industry, specifically in Doha.
- In-depth knowledge of the Doha real estate market, including property types, pricing, regulations, and local market trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate sales team lead or similar role
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- High level of integrity
- Deep understanding of real estate market trends and business strategies
- Familiarity with leasehold agreements and regulations
- Proficiency in GSuite and other relevant sales and CRM software
