Primary Purpose Of Job

To work under supervision of a lawyer in the provision of legal services by the LCC Division, by facilitating the preparation and completion of commercial agreements, drafting simple form agreements, drafting simple form corporate resolutions and other corporate documents, administering company compliance in respect of QatarEnergy and its managed subsidiaries, administering legal filings certification of documents, administering trademarks and domain names, conducting research, and coordinating and attending meetings.

Experience & Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Excellent drafting, research and organization skills. - At least 3 years in a law firm or similar function in-house supporting a legal team. - Experience in working in a multinational environment. - Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word.
