  • The Business Analyst supports all aspects of the business division such as project controls, planning, contracts, procurement, and subcontracts. Monitors and analyses EPC Contractor’s performance, providing advice where necessary to make certain the Company’s objectives are achieved and supports stakeholder’s and shareholder’s requirements.
  • The prime objective of Business Analyst is to improve EPC Contractor’s performance by defining correct and logical execution evaluation by anticipating issues, reducing risks, and avoiding negative impacts.
  • Understands the project drivers, develops communication protocols, identifies, develops, and implements project execution KPI’s; analysis and plans.
  • Coordinates and facilitates business sessions.

Your Tasks

  • Supports Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, change management and other ad-hoc business team deliverables.
  • Assess and analyze EPC Contractor’s project controls performance in the areas of execution planning, progress measurement and reporting.
  • Assess project team requirements and needs (dashboards, monthly, weekly, risk, action tracking and KPI reports).
  • Develop, coordinate, and compile input from PMT team members for shareholders and stakeholders’ requirements (presentations, reports, etc.).
  • Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests including assessment of schedule and cost impacts.
  • Assists PMT in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program.
  • Assist in developing project close out report to ensure that detailed information on project performance is retained.
  • Reports to the Business Division Manager EPC-3 / EPC-4.
  • Internal - Contact with all Major Projects Departments and other administration departments within COMPANY. Interaction with COMPANY Onshore business team of EPC-1, EPC-2 and offshore to co-ordinate with for Interface Issues, Support Team.
  • External - Contracting companies and occasional contact with stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore LNG plants.
  • Team player, flexible and experienced of working in a diverse team environment.
  • Good organizational and execution skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good Software skills: Primavera P6, Advanced excel.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP).
  • Strong coordination experience and good team skills
