Established in 2023, JG Nursing Services is a new company, based in state of Qatar, who aims to be the leading choice in providing Nursing Services to different areas of Medical field. We offer high quality nurses, who meets highstandard in providing services that are capable in different areas of medical field such as Hospital, Clinic, Company Site Nurse and as private duty nurse. We also provide high quality care givers who excel in providing services to patients/families in need of assistance for their activities of daily living.
The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivers direct nursing care as required.
- Delivers care with appropriate age and cultural competence to specific patient according to individualized needs.
- Manage patient care monitoring vital signs, performing physical assessment, checking patient’s medications for effectiveness.
- Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
- Evaluates the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the interventions of care designed to meet patient needs and adapt as necessary in collaboration with the patient and family and the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patients with the best possible care
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding knowledge of all patient information.
- Maintain professional standards in relation to confidentiality, ethics and procedures.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships with all staff members.
- Complies with the company’s policies and procedures.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
